Unless you're referring to a particular case, it's a pointless question. Amazing as it is, the court does deal with other things than the minutiae of firearms regulations, and I don't have the kind of time required to search through 3 decades worth of court opinions to figure out what the hell you're talking about.

As for the idea of armed passengers on planes, it's little more than a rehash of that stupid cliche about an armed society being a polite one. Despite an overwhelming abundance of evidence to the contrary, people still insist on believing in it.
