"Booger, your posts were very clear that you think it doesn't make any difference what we do, so why bother? That's a head-in-the-sand attitude."

You like to twist my words. Typical. What I said was that you don't know the cause or the cure for global warming, and wiki is not the last word on anything, yet it is the only source you seem to cite.

"I do read on the subject, which may explain why I know more about it than you do. I also look things up occasionally. Try it sometime."

So you learned all about it from books, yet have no actual experience in the matter.

"Fuss and fume all you like, the data is available to all and it's pretty clear that your views are neither accurate nor prudent on this subject."

You are the one fussing and fuming over what you admit that you have zero experience with. That is your problem. You believe in words others say without having done any legwork yourself. You want to believe it is simple to change 150 years over a short period of time, without knowing that what you wish to do will solve a problem that may not be solvable, and think another tax will cover the cost and solve all the worlds problems. I have seen few problems solved by ever more taxes. But hey, put a $ amount on it and back it up.

Bottom line is that you have no plan, no solution, and don't even know what the problem is, but wiki has you excited.
