"despite the head-in-the-sand attitude you are expressing"

I am not taking a "head in the sand approach" at all. Being in the engineering field for the last 35 years I believe I can what is and isn't going on as clearly as you believing only what you read at wiki, which seem to be the only source you use for anything. The fact of the matter is that anyone can publish anything there and accuracy is not a requirement.

Having personally dealt with the cost of making sure everything is environmentally safe on any new installation made at industrial sites, I can assure you that you are 100% that the cost is small, as you believe, which is kind of like you keeping your head in the sand about that matter.

Btw, what is it that you do for a living? Freelance engineering is my game. Self employed for 14 years. Share your expertise on the matter.
