China and India may have population controls, but it had nothing to do with Kyoto as neither have agreed to it. Therefore, your stayement above is meaningless in the context of the argument Iowan made, which you will continue to ignore.

Since you think you are so smart on this topic, maybe you could share with us your knowledge of how many developing breeder countries (those who produce the most people while the majority of their populations live in poverty by any western nations standards) have signed on to Kyoto. Can you count/name all of them on one hand?

As for America, I don't see a huge problem with the % of pollution it produces since its % of production (GDP) matches it when compared to the rest of the world combinded. Can you name another country that the pollution contribution is less actually less than its % of the world GDP? If you can't understand the correlation, then you are in the wrong conversation, once again.
