Another day, another reason for 'Hope and Change' . . .

The number of Americans in the workforce has dropped to a 26-year low, with over 86 million Americans sitting.

Amazingly, there are officially 1.1 million LESS unemployed Americans than there were two months ago. But last month, only 36,000 net jobs were produced last month and 121,000 net jobs in December 2010. So, there were 157,000 jobs created. This translates into a number of just under 1 million unemployed Americans simply dropping off the unemployment statistical boundaries. It does NOT mean they are now working.

On average, 500,000 Americans have stopped looking for work altogether.
