But it does show you the ridiculous ideas that humans get, especially about animals, doesn't it?

We seem to keep wanting to find another species with whom we can communicate. Isn't that the reason for space exploration, instead of a more legitmate purpose, like finding access to some of our nearly depleted resources?

We send probes to the other planets in our solar system.
You don't hear much in the news about the iron ore on Mars, all you hear are the possibilities that it once housed living beings. We really are intent on finding little green men, who can communicate on our level.

Barring that option, then we do these crazy experiments with animals. What a waste of time, energy and money. It's the same tendency in humans who devise illegitmate schemes, some quite clever. If they were to use that same energy for something constructive instead, the world would be a much better place.

What have we learned about human behavior by letting monkeys play with computers? Absolutely nothing. All we learned is what we already know. Monkeys can't communicate with us at least via the internet. :wacky
